  • Jeremy Bush
    Partner, CA

    Jeremy started at Capitis 26 years ago, and became an owner in 1998. Jeremy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts. Jeremy is married to Heather and has two daughters. Although his playing days may be over, Jeremy is still a keen follower of the Wimmera Football League.

    When it comes to running a successful business, Jeremy draws on years of practical experience to offer highly sought after and renowned advice. Jeremy prides himself on working closely with people to achieve long term financial success.

  • Simon Dandy
    Partner, CA

    Simon became a partner at Capitis in 2006, after previous experience with Ernst & Young in Melbourne and a number of years at another Wimmera accounting firm. Simon is married to fellow Capitis partner Samara, and the couple have two children, Kirrily and Fletcher, who was born in 2014. Simon can be found in the Horsham office from Monday to Wednesday and the Warracknabeal office Thursdays and Fridays.

    Simon is passionate about seeing clients thrive and through many years of helping his clients achieve success, Simon is renowned as a business growth specialist, and excels in wealth creation and tax planning.

  • Samara Dandy
    Partner, CA

    Samara joined Capitis in 2001 and became an owner of the firm in 2006. Samara previously worked for Ernst & Young in Melbourne before returning to her hometown in Horsham. Samara is married to fellow Capitis partner Simon, and the couple have two children, Kirrily and Fletcher, who was born in 2014.

    Samara works closely with her clients to provide significant depth of accounting and broader financial knowledge. Samara is also an expert in incorporated association audits and is registered with the Legal Services Board as an Approved External Examiner.

  • Michelle Morgan
    Accountant

    Michelle was born and raised in Dimboola and has been a part of the Capitis family since 2000. Michelle is married to Craig and the two operate a farm in Rupanyup. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, going on holidays and has a keen interest in sport, especially watching her two daughters play netball, tennis, basketball and volleyball. Michelle is a keen supporter of the local community and is involved with the Rupanyup Football Netball Club as well as the Rupanyup Tennis Club.

    Michelle is a specialist in all things related to self-managed super funds and has extensive personal and business tax experience.

  • Carmel Beattie
    Accountant, CPA

    Carmel, a Certified Practicing Accountant, has been a member of the Capitis team since 2011. Carmel is married to Glenn who is a local builder, and the two have a son Nixon and daughter Zetta.

    Carmel is a specialist in small business tax advice, GST and tax planning.

    Melinda joined the Capitis family as a bright faced teenager in 2002. Since then, Melinda has grown to manage the day to day business operations of the firm as well as managing the HR, Finance, Marketing and Payroll operations of Capitis.
